Accentuating Craftsman Appeal / Alpharetta
BEFORE –
This two-story traditional, flat-faced brick was lacking an elegant entry. The white frame around the front door just didn’t have the curb appeal the owners wished for — nor any kind of additional living space.
AFTER –
Georgia Front Porch was inspired by the home’s existing shutters and designed/built a Craftsman-style half porch. Inside the portico, above the entrance, is an arched ceiling with a flat ceiling over the outdoor living area – both are tongue and groove. Four 12” cedar columns add Craftsman-esque curb appeal.
